Facilitating the requirements of modern filming with access to specialist accessories plus camera, lenses and lighting: we have a great inventory to enable everything from commercials to natural history.
A green room area of 85 m² / 914 ft² completes the space, offering an area to relax, dine, video call, DIT or film in.

More than just a space
We add far more value than just a building. We come with a wealth of experience in the film, photography and theatre background, and have used that to curate an efficient, creative space.
Housed in a brand new building, all our equipment is brand new too – no more lost time working out which stands or magic arms are the most reliable, and more time spent on the creative vision.
Minimising our environmental impact is key for us, so we use LEDs only and all our electricity is renewable and with the building being EPC rated as ‘A’ heat is kept in so we don’t need to waste energy heating it unnecessarily.
The studio is founded on a strong theatrical background – black drapes line the space and wireless DMX is there as standard (CRMX and Multiverse) so you can bring your lights, or use ours, and they’ll all just work. No more climbing up and down ladders, wasting time and adding risk.
Working with the local community we can help with crew and in the village there are DoPs, Sound Recordists, Production Managers and Vfx Editors, to name just a few of our local friends.
Lighting
Our in-house lighting package is currated by Cinematorgrapher Robert Hollingworth includes Source 4 Series 3’s, Aputure 1200X, Nova 600 panels plus smoke and haze machine
Set building
Set building materials are available in-house and we can build sets in advance for the project. Our high grid accommodates large flats with ease or we can sculpt the smallest of sets with a drummel. For larger sets we work with a superb Art Director who can create anything from a section of borneo to the streets of New York
Motion Control
Dragon Frame, eMotimo and Mark Roberts are our creartive partners and we have in-house multi-axis motion control systems to cater for everything from macro shoots to up 6m repeatable moves
Environmental Control
Temperature and humidty control of the studio or filming set is possible with irrigation from our RO water supply
Specialist items
Our background in specialist effects and natural history means we have the bits and bobs immediately available to the quirky challenges, for example large water tanks for fluid effects, trays for ponds, terrariums for keeping the little stars alive plus heat mats, grow lights, heat and UV lamps
